structural biology of UPS enzymes

with activity-based probes

Recently three new structures of ubiquitin related enzymes have been successfully elucidated in complex with an activity-based probe:

Activity-based probes have proven to be efficient tools for structural biology. Over the years a wide range of deubiquitinating and ubiquitinating enzymes have been elucidated using these probes. Here we give you an (in-comprehensive) overview of the most recent crystallizations.
